Returns & Exchange
If you need to return or exchange something, you can do so within three days of receiving your order—whether it’s a size issue, a damaged or defective item, or something that just doesn’t feel right. Once we receive and verify your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within five to seven working days. Note: shipping charges are non-refundable. OUR MAKING PROCESS
Our entire collection is made at our tannery and factory in North India.
We craft over 125 types of leather and can tan up to 800 hides a day. We make our products in small batches—every product is made so that the leather can flex, stretch, and settle naturally with wear. The result is breathable, high-quality footwear designed for comfort, durability, and everyday wear.
