Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
7-day returns and exchanges
If something isn’t right, whether it’s the size, a defect, or it just doesn’t feel right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email care@mardigras.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 99189 01319 with your order number and the reason.
- If the item is damaged or defective, include clear photos.
- Or log in to your account, open Order History, select the product and tap Return.
We’ll arrange a free pickup from your address through our courier partner.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unused and in their original condition, with the brand box, invoice, tags and any accessories. We inspect every return when it arrives. Items that don’t meet these conditions will be sent back to you without a refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free, subject to stock. If your size is unavailable, we’ll refund you instead.
Refunds
Once your return passes inspection, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Cancellations
You can cancel any time before your order ships, for a full refund.
