Refund policy

To initiate a return, please email care@mardigras.co.in with your order number, reason for return, and clear images if the product is damaged and/or defective. You can also log in to your account, open your “Order History”, select the product, and click “Return.” Returned items must be in unused and in their original condition with the brand box, invoice, manuals, warranty cards, tags, and any included accessories intact. Once your item is received, we’ll verify that the issue is genuine and that the product meets our return conditions, i.e. including intact packaging and no damage after delivery to you. After inspection, your refund will be processed within five to seven working days to your original payment method. 

Note: shipping charges are non-refundable and returns that don’t meet the defined conditions will be sent back to you without a refund.
