At Mardi Gras, we aim to deliver your products in a timely and efficient manner. We work with trusted third-party logistics partners to manage shipping and delivery. Learn more about our shipping policy, including timelines, charges, and what to do in case of issues, below.

Shipping Process
We partner with third-party logistic service providers (“Logistics Partners”) to facilitate the shipping and delivery of products purchased on www.mardigras.co.in. Once your product is processed and handed over to the Logistics Partner, we will provide you with the details of the partner responsible for delivery.

Our standard dispatch timelines range from 2 to 7 days from the date of your order. The estimated dispatch timeline will be shown on the order confirmation page once your order is confirmed. After dispatch, we will share the order details with you via your registered email ID or mobile number. Note: while we typically use Logistics Partners for deliveries, we reserve the right to ship products directly without engaging third-party services. Shipping and delivery charges will be displayed at checkout and are non-refundable in the event of an order cancellation by you.

Serviceable Areas
We strive to deliver products across India. However, there may be certain areas that we designate as unserviceable at our discretion. If your pin code is considered unserviceable, we will notify you during the ordering process. In such cases, we will provide a full refund within 2-3 business days.

Accurate Information for Timely Delivery
To ensure timely delivery, we may require specific details such as your name, shipping address, billing address, contact information, and nearby landmarks. It is important that all information provided on www.mardigras.co.in is accurate, complete, and sufficient for the successful delivery of your product.

You agree to bear full responsibility for any failure to deliver due to incomplete, inaccurate, or insufficient information provided. We are not liable for any resulting issues in such cases.

Delivery Attempts
We will attempt delivery of your order to the designated address within the notified delivery timeline. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, our Logistics Partners will make a maximum of three (3) delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, we may cancel the order and arrange for a return. In this case, any shipping or delivery charges incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to the following reasons:

  • Logistical challenges beyond our control
  • Natural Disasters, i.e. Flood, Earthquake, and so on
  • Political disruptions, strikes, or lockouts
  • Unfavorable weather conditions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you via your registered email ID and/or mobile number. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be notified of delays in real-time. Please note, we are not liable for any claims or losses arising from delivery delays or related issues.

Delivery Personnel Conduct
Although we make every effort to engage reliable Logistics Partners and delivery personnel, the actions of delivery agents are beyond our direct control. We are not responsible for any misconduct, delays, wrong deliveries, tampering, or service deficiencies caused by delivery personnel.

Any disputes between you and the delivery personnel (such as impoliteness or discourtesy) must be resolved independently by you. We are not liable for such issues and will not mediate or settle such disputes.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed and handed over to the Logistics Partner, you will receive a unique tracking ID. This tracking ID can be used to monitor the delivery status through the Logistics Partner’s website or mobile app. Our customer support team will coordinate with Logistics Partners to provide you with the most up-to-date tracking information. However, since tracking is managed by third-party providers, we do not guarantee its accuracy or real-time status due to potential technical issues outside our control.

Shipping Fees
We reserve the right to charge shipping fees, which may vary depending on factors like product value, delivery location, and payment method. You authorize us to collect the applicable shipping fees on behalf of our Logistics Partners.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in cases where returns are initiated by you. However, exceptions may be made if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly. Once delivered, the title and risk of the products pass to you.

Returns and Reverse Logistics
Returns are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners. After we acknowledge your return request on www.mardigras.co.in, our reverse-Logistics Partner will contact you to arrange for the product pickup. All returns will be processed strictly in accordance with our Returns, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy.
