SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

2.1 

We partner with third-party logistic service providers (“Logistics Partners”) to facilitate shipping and delivery of products purchased by you on www.mardigras.co.in. At the time a product is processed and successfully handed over to the Logistics Partner, we shall provide you with the details of such partner.

Our standard dispatch timelines range between 2 to 7 (two to seven) days from the date of your order. The estimated dispatch timeline shall be displayed on the order confirmation page when the order is confirmed by us. Post-dispatch, order details will be shared with you on the registered email ID and/or mobile number.

You agree and acknowledge that although we generally effectuate deliveries through Logistics Partners, we reserve the right to ship and deliver products directly, without engaging third-party service providers. Shipping/delivery charges will be displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.


2.2

While we endeavour to deliver products across India, we may, at our sole discretion, designate certain areas as unserviceable. Neither we nor our Logistics Partners provide shipping services in such areas, and orders from such locations may not be processed. If your pin code is deemed unserviceable, you will be notified at the time of placing the order. In such cases, we shall refund the entire transaction amount within 2–3 business days.


2.3

For timely delivery, we may require or collect specific information, including your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. You must ensure that all information submitted on www.mardigras.co.in is accurate, complete, and sufficient for delivery.

You agree that you shall bear sole liability for any failure in delivery resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or insufficient information provided by you. We shall not be held liable in any manner for such failures.


2.4

We will attempt delivery of purchased products to your designated address within the notified delivery timeline. If you are unavailable to accept delivery, our Logistics Partners will make a maximum of three (3) attempts. If delivery remains unsuccessful after the third attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order and arrange for the return of the product. In such cases, shipping and delivery charges incurred by us will be deducted from any applicable refund.


2.5

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, you acknowledge that delays may occur due to:

(a) Logistical challenges beyond our control
(b) Unfavourable weather conditions
(c) Political disruptions, strikes, or lockouts
(d) Acts of God (such as floods or earthquakes)
(e) Other unforeseen circumstances

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you via your registered email ID and/or mobile number. However, we disclaim liability for failure to notify you of such delays. Further, we shall not be liable to compensate you for any claims or losses arising from delays in shipment, delivery, or usage of the purchased products.


2.6

We endeavour to engage Logistics Partners, employees, and agents who maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and good conduct. However, you agree and acknowledge that:

  • The actions or omissions of delivery personnel are beyond our direct control.

  • We are merely facilitators of product delivery and are not liable for any misconduct, delay, wrong delivery, tampering, or service deficiencies by delivery personnel.

  • Any disputes or issues (such as impoliteness, discourtesy, or misconduct) between you and the delivery personnel must be resolved independently by you.

You agree not to hold us liable or require us to mediate or settle such disputes.


2.7

Once your order is processed and handed over to a Logistics Partner, you will receive a unique tracking ID, enabling you to track delivery status through the Logistics Partner’s website or mobile application.

Our customer support team coordinates with Logistics Partners to ensure timely updates of tracking information. However, since tracking is managed by third-party providers, we do not guarantee its accuracy or real-time status due to possible time-lags or technical issues outside our control.


2.8

We reserve the right to levy shipping fees, which may vary depending on factors such as product value, type, delivery location, and payment method. You authorize us to collect, on behalf of Logistics Partners, the applicable shipping fees.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of returns initiated by you.

  • Exceptions may be made if, after due verification, a defective, damaged, deficient, or incorrect product (for reasons attributable to us) has been delivered.

You acknowledge and agree that title and risk in the purchased products pass to you upon delivery.


2.9

Returns of purchased products are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners. Upon receipt and acknowledgment of your return request on www.mardigras.co.in, our reverse-Logistics Partner will contact you to collect the product. Returns will be processed strictly in line with our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
