If you need to return or exchange something, you can do so within three days of receiving your order—whether it’s a size issue, a damaged or defective item, or something that just doesn’t feel right. Once we receive and verify your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within five to seven working days. Note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS
We get it—sometimes a product isn’t quite what you expected.
You may request a return within three days of receiving your order if the product is damaged and/or defective, if the wrong item was delivered, if the size isn’t right, or if you’re unhappy with the fit.
To initiate a return, please email care@mardigras.co.in with your order number, reason for return, and clear images if the product is damaged and/or defective. You can also log in to your account, open your “Order History”, select the product, and click “Return.” Returned items must be in unused and in their original condition with the brand box, invoice, manuals, warranty cards, tags, and any included accessories intact. Once your item is received, we’ll verify that the issue is genuine and that the product meets our return conditions, i.e. including intact packaging and no damage after delivery to you. After inspection, your refund will be processed within five to seven working days to your original payment method.
Note: shipping charges are non-refundable and returns that don’t meet the defined conditions will be sent back to you without a refund.
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
You may request an exchange if the product you received is defective, damaged, not as described, or if there’s a size issue.
Exchange requests must be made within three days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, you can email us at care@mardigras.co.in, including your order number and reason for exchange, or log in to your account, go to “Order History”, select the product, and click “Exchange.” For defective or damaged items, please include clear images showing the issue.
Once we receive the product, our team will carefully verify the details and confirm that the reported defect, damage, or mismatch is valid—for example, a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Products sent for exchange must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, invoices, and any included accessories intact. Exchanges can only be processed if these conditions are met and no damage has occurred after delivery to you.
After verification, we’ll process your exchange and send out the replacement product. If an exchange is not possible—for instance, if the requested size or item is unavailable—we’ll issue a refund within five to seven working days to your original payment method. If the product doesn’t meet our exchange conditions, it will be returned to you without a replacement.
Note: no additional shipping charges apply for exchanges.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order, either in full or in part, any time before it has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You can track the progress of your order using the unique tracking number provided to check its delivery status. To cancel, simply email us at care@mardigras.co.in, mentioning your order number and reason for cancellation, or log in to your account, go to “Order History”, select the product, and click “Cancel.”
Once we receive a valid cancellation request, we’ll confirm it and initiate a refund to your original payment method, in line with your bank or payment provider’s policies and timelines.
Note: if an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the shipping charges are non-refundable.
