CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE OF ORDERS
2.1 Cancellation of Products
(a) You may cancel the products ordered (partially or fully) prior to shipping. Once the products are shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order. The status of your order can be tracked using the unique tracking number provided, which will confirm the delivery status of the ordered products.
(b) Products can be cancelled either by writing an email to care@mardigras.co.in, mentioning the order number along with the reason for cancellation, or by cancelling directly from your Order History:
Go to Order History > Click on Product Ordered > Cancel.
(c) Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, we shall cancel the order and initiate the refund. The amount will be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used for the purchase. All refunds shall be subject to the policies and charges of the user’s bank/financial institution.
(d) In the event of cancellation after shipping, shipping charges are non-refundable.
2.2 Return of Products
You may initiate a return request if:
(i) The product or shipping package is damaged/defective.
(ii) There is a size issue.
(iii) The product received is different from what was ordered, based on the product description and images on the Mardi Gras platform.
(iv) You are unsatisfied with the fit.

A return request must be raised within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product (“Return Period”). Returns can be initiated either by:

Writing an email to care@mardigras.co.in, mentioning the order number and reason for return, or

Submitting a return request from your Order History:
Go to Order History > Click on Product to be Returned > Click on Return.

For defective or damaged products, the return request must include images of the product clearly showing the issue.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will verify whether the claimed defects/damages or non-compliance are genuine (e.g., damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect).

Products must be returned in unused and original condition, along with:

Original invoice/sale receipt
-
Brand outer box
-
MRP tags attached
-
User manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging

Returns will be processed only if the product is in its original condition with intact packaging and price tags, and no damage has occurred post-delivery while in your possession.

Once verified and accepted, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 5–7 working days.

We reserve the right to reject return requests if the conditions are not met. In such cases, the product will be returned to you without initiating a refund.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns.
2.3 Exchange of Products
You may request an exchange if the product delivered is defective, damaged, non-compliant, or there is a size issue.

An exchange request must be raised within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product (“Exchange Period”). Exchanges can be initiated either by:

Writing an email to care@mardigras.co.in, mentioning the order number and reason for exchange, or

Submitting an exchange request from your Order History:
Go to Order History > Click on Product to be Exchanged > Click on Exchange.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will verify whether the defects/damages or non-compliance are valid (e.g., damage during shipping or manufacturing defect).

Products must be returned in unused and original condition, along with all required documents, tags, and accessories as stated under the return policy.

Exchanges will be processed only if the product is in its original condition with intact packaging and no damage has occurred post-delivery while in your possession.

Once verified and accepted, your exchange will be processed. If the exchange is not feasible, a refund will be initiated to your bank account within 5–7 working days.

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if conditions are not met. In such cases, the product will be returned to you without initiating an exchange.

No extra shipping charges apply for exchanges.
3. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

By transacting on the Mardi Gras platform and/or initiating a purchase request, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to these terms, you are advised not to transact on the Mardi Gras platform.

Please note that we may revise or improve this Policy from time to time. Each time you use the Mardi Gras platform, kindly review the Policy to ensure you are aware of and agree to the applicable terms and conditions.
