registered address at Plot No 18 and 19, Sector -4, Sidcul, Haridwar, Uttarakhand,
249403 ,India is managing and operating the website www.mardigras.co.in (also
called Mardi Gras platform) through which it inter alia facilitates the sale of
footwear (“Products”) to the users of the Mardi gras platform .
We aim to provide the best customer experience to
our Users beginning from placing an order , cancellation , exchange or
even initiating a return. While transacting on the Mardi gras
platform, you can expect a hassle-free experience in the Product that you
have selected or ordered and can rely on us as your preferred shopping
destination.
This cancellation, return and exchange
policy together with the Terms sets out our procedures and
policies in accepting Product cancellation, return and exchange
thereof.
1. APPLICABILITY OF
POLICY
1.1 By agreeing to use the Mardi gras platform
and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Mardi gras
platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without
modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you
are advised not to transact on the Mardi gras platform.
1.2 Please note that we may from time to time
change/better the terms of the Policy that govern your return, exchange or
cancellation of the Products ordered on the Mardi gras platform. Every
time you wish to use the Mardi gras platform, please check the Policy to ensure
you understand/agree to the terms and conditions that are applicable
at that time.
2. TERMS FOR
CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF ORDERS
2.1. Cancellation of Products
· (a) You can cancel
the products ordered partially or fully prior to shipping.Once the
products are shipped ,it is not possible to cancel the product. The status can
be tracked by the unique tracking order number which will confirm
the status of delivery of the ordered Products.
· (b) The products
ordered can be cancelled either by writing an email to us at care@mardigras.co.in mentioning
the order no along with reason for cancellation or by cancelling the
product ordered from the Order history . Go to order history > Click on
product ordered>Cancel.
· (c) On receipt of
the cancellation request if applicable we shall cancel the order and
initiate the refund. The amount shall be refund to you through the same
mode of payment used by you for the purchase. All refund shall be subject to
applicable policies and charges of the User’s bank/ financial institution.
· In the event of
cancellation of product when shipping is already done , shipping charges
are non refundable.
2.2 Return of Products
· You may initiate
the request for return of the Product if: (i) Product received or
shipping package is damaged/defective ; (b) Size issue
(iii) the Product ordered is different from what was ordered basis the
Product picture and description provided on the Mardi gras platform
(iv) Do not like the fit
· A product shall be
returned through request raised only within 03 days from the date on
which you received the Product (“Return Period”). The products
ordered can be returned either by writing an email to us
at care@mardigras.co.in mentioning
the order no along with reason for return or by returning the
product ordered from the Order history . Go to order history > Click on
product to be returned > Click on Return.
· In case of
defective or damaged product , the request for return shall
be raised along with images of the damaged, defective or Non-Compliant
Product received.
· On the basis of
your request and on receiving the returned product We will in
our sole discretion verify if the defects and damages in the Products or
the non-compliances claimed are true in nature and product is
either damaged during shipping or manufacturing defect. .
· You shall keep the
Products in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/
sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards,
and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
· Your return will
be processed only when the Product is returned in original condition
along with the price tag and packaging of the product. Also
no damage has occurred post-delivery of the Product while in your
possession etc. Post verification and acceptance of the return request
, the amount of order will be refund to your bank account within 5-7 working
days.
· We reserve the
right to reject the return request for a product if it does not
satisfy the aforementioned conditions.We may in such cases notify you and send
the returned Product back without initiating a return.
· In the event
of return of the product, shipping charges are non
refundable.
2.3 EXCHANGE
You may initiate the request for EXCHANGE of the
Product if the product delivered to you is Non-Compliant/Defective/Damaged
or there is a size issue.
· A product shall be
exchanged through exchange request raised only within 03
days from the date on which you received the Product (“Exchange
Period”). The products ordered can be exchanged either by writing
an email to us at care@mardigras.co.in mentioning
the order no along with reason for exchange or by submitting the exchange
request for the product received from the Order history . Go to
order history > Click on product to be exchanged > Click on Exchange.
· In case of
